Ma proprio all'ultimo giro, nel corso di un altro sorpasso, Simoncelli andato a chiudere davanti allo spagnolo con uno spostamento verso sinistra: gli ha toccato il freno a mano, e la moto uscita di controllo, inanellando una serie impressionante di capriole sull'asfalto, arrive anche l'incredulo Barber, che si fermato solo addosso al muro di giubbotti woolrich outlet cemento. Alex Debn e Thomas Lthi completano il podi davanti a Mika Kallio (che allunga nel mondiale grazie alla caduta di lvaro Bautista e a Mattia Pasini. In 125 vince Simone Corsi, che si porta in testa alla classifica iridata a quota 87 a pari merito con Mike Di Meglio, giunto quarto. Corsi secondo a sei giri dalla conclusione e vince su Gbor Talmcsi for each 19 millesimi. Completa il podio Pol Espargar.
